Gem of the month
The Kotel Tunnels
Many have heard of the Western Wall, regarded as Judaism's most sacred site, but it will surprise some to know that the majority of its 1,700 foot original length lies beneath today's old city. Known as the Kotel Tunnels, this underground experience will transport you back in time. You will see many genuine treasures discovered during the excavation, like distinctly carved stones that have been impressively well preserved, as well as remains of the Herodian road that runs from Temple Mount. This is an absolute must for any history or archaeology buffs whilst in the city. Advanced booking is highly recommended. Read more here...
